How do Kissé dresses fit?+
Our dresses are designed and graded in-house with a true-to-size fit. Each product page has a detailed size guide — when in doubt, size up for floor-length silhouettes.
When will my order ship?+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard US shipping takes 4–7 business days; express is 2–3. Free standard shipping on all orders over $150.
What's your return policy?+
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full details.
How does the bundle discount work?+
Add 2 dresses to your bag for 10% off, 3 for 15% off, or 4+ for 20% off. The discount applies automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where available.
How do I care for my dress?+
We recommend dry cleaning for all silk and satin styles. Stretch crepe pieces can be hand-washed cold and laid flat to dry. Care details are on every product page.
