Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every Kissé dress. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. Pieces marked final sale are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email hello@kissestudios.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to place a new order and return the original.
